Hamilton Doctors is not a bulk billing Practice.

Medicare online claiming is available in the office to streamline the payment of your medicare rebate back into your bank account.

Our practice is a privately billing practice, this means payment is expected on the day of service.
If you need to take an account a $20 fee will be added to your account to cover administration costs

– Cough
– Fever
– Sore throat
AND you have travelled from China, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia or Hong Kong in the last 2 weeks
OR if you think you have had contact with someone with coronavirus

Hamilton Doctors now sends secure health messages reminders via SMS Hotdocs when you need to book a result appointment.

Measles alert

There is a current measles outbreak in Australia.

Measles-mumps-rubella vaccine (MMR) is safe and available free in NSW for those born during or after 1966 who have not previously had two documented doses.

Discuss with your doctor about testing for measles immunity and further vaccination if required.

Mirena IUD

Are you thinking about getting a Mirena IUD?

Dr Marie-Anne Hockings and Dr Rebecca Lee are available to discuss and insert a Mirena IUD today.


Shingles vaccination is available funded by the National Immunisation program for all adults aged 70 years.

Ask your doctor or nurse if you are eligible and book an appointment with the nurse as soon as you can !

A single "catch up" dose will also be funded for adults 71-79 years of age until November 2021.

Commercial medical services

Are you looking for a medical centre to provide commercial medical services to your business?

ie pre-employment medicals, work cover care and injury management, vaccination clinics at your workplace for influenza (due early in March annually) or other industry appropriate vaccination programs.

SMS reminders

Hamilton Doctors are now sending SMS reminders for your appointments.

Please provide our reception staff with your mobile number and consent to receive these reminders to prevent a missed appointment fee.

New Patients


We have both male and female GPs accepting new patients. 
We ask you to bring 2 forms of identification with you to your first visit.

Because we are a group practice there will always be a doctor available to see you
'on the day' even if your regular doctor is not working or away on leave.
